Registration is only possible online via the conference website www.research-conference-hamburg2021.com. Please understand that incomplete registration forms cannot be processed.
Please note that your registration only becomes effective after receipt of payment of the conference fee. After receipt of payment you will receive a registration confirmation.
The registration fee includes admission to all sessions, conference documents (programme, name badge, etc.) and drinks during breaks as well as a lunch snack at the conference venue.
The conference documents will not be sent to you. They can be collected at the conference venue during the opening hours of the conference office.
Allocation to the individual events will be made with the confirmation of registration.
The organizer reserves the right to cancel events with a low number of participants. The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the programme for urgent reasons. Speakers and the programme schedule are also subject to change.
The organizer reserves the right to change the venue if necessary. If an event is cancelled, the organizers are not responsible for flight, hotel or other costs incurred by the participants.
In order to ensure that everything runs smoothly, please be on site in time to pick up your conference documents, and to make this process as fast as possible, we recommend that you bring your confirmation letter with you.
The scheduling of the program requires a punctual start.
Please take your place in time.
Cancellation of participation by the congress participant(s):
a. The full congress fee is due upon confirmation of registration.
b. A possible cancellation of the registration must be made in writing. In case of cancellation by 31.07.2021 the full amount will be refunded.
In case of cancellation until 14.08.2021 a handling fee of € 20,– will be charged.
For cancellations after 14.08.2021 half of the participation fee will be charged.
For cancellations after 31.08.2021 or no-shows, the full amount is due.
The congress participant(s) will be given the opportunity to send a substitute participant(s) to the congress without incurring additional fees.
All participants will receive an e-mail from the registration system with their personal data and unique registration code, namely a registration confirmation/invoice with outstanding payment. This confirmation will contain the information and options to issue the payment.
All costs arising from the transfer are to be borne by the participant.
All payments must be made in Euro. All prices are tax-free.
